Shipping

We ship cookie tins, cookie baskets, coffee wares, and non-personalized cookie boxes within 1 business day (for example, orders placed on Monday will ship no later than Tuesday). We hand design our personalized cookie bouquets and boxes (for example, birthday, housewarming, and newborn bouquets) and ship within 2 business days. Remember to add the 2 business days to your chosen shipping method. For example, if you order a product by 2 PM Monday (assuming Monday is a business day), and you choose Priority Mail, the product should ship no later than Wednesday and should arrive on Friday or Saturday. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

• Priority mail 2-3 business days. Your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the date shipped. This is our preferred and recommended shipping method.
• Express next business day. Available to most areas of the country. Your order will be delivered next business day from the date shipped.
• Parcel 5 business days. Your order will be delivered within 5 business days from the date shipped.

Return Policy

At GiftsUnlimited.com, we are committed to your high quality gift needs as well as your total satisfaction. We offer full refund (purchase price of the product) for products purchased and returned in its original form within 30 days. In the unlikely event you wish to return your product, please follow these procedures:

• Call us at 1-800-808-3527. We will give you a return authorization number (RA#).
• Return the product in its original form. Write the RA # on the top of the shipping box.
• We will replace the product or issue a refund for the price of the product.
